Training Service Provider Levels and Criteria
Level 1 Service provider
- Offers information coach training
- Trainers are subject matter experts
- Training consists of a minimum of 65 notional hours
- Training consists of 200 practice hours
- Training runs over a duration of 3 months
Level 2 Service provider
- Offers SETA or QCTO aligned courses with accredited facilitators and assessors
- Trainers are subject matter experts with at least 2 years of training experience
- Training consists of a minimum of 120 notional hours
- Training consists of 400 practice hours
- Training runs over a duration of 6 months
Level 3 Service provider
- An accredited service provider with SETA or QCTO with accredited facilitators and assessors
- Trainers are subject matter experts with at least 5 years of training experience
- Training consists of a minimum of 120 notional hours or more
- Training consists of 400 practice hours
- Training runs over a duration of 6 months or more
